Weekend and mid-week morning longer weekend runs
We have a large established group of runners of all abilities and pace. Some work during the week, some do shift work, but there is always someone around for a run!
A long Run is usually arranged for a Saturday morning from 7:30am or thereabouts, and members do 5km loops of Clane, so other members can drop in or out as they see fit.
Mid Week morning runs are also an option, usually after the school drop off from 9:30am.
These type of runs are not leader led and are organised between our members via our Social messaging group...give a call out to the group and see if someone is around for a run whenever you feel like it!

Dublin Marathon preparation
The BIG ONE!!!
As a running club, we always have a large group participating in the Dublin Marathon.
Some are seasoned runners, and some will be taking it on for the 1st time.
From May onwards, we follow the official 20 week Dublin marathon plan. There will be a regular group running on Saturday morning to do those long runs over the Summer months and into Autumn.
But again, the option is there to put a call out on the social media app for company to go on runs on other days.
