The Clane AC Clongowes 5km in association with the Order of Malta takes place every year on Palm Sunday in the beautiful grounds of Clongowes College in Clane, Co.Kildare.

Chip Timed, Flat course

The Clongowes 5km is an annual favourite due to its flat course. Great for achieving a personal best!

Pacers for 20min, 22.5min, 25min, 27.5min, 30min, 32min, 35min & 40min.

Well signposted

 Fully signposted for parking areas and all around the route. Marshals also provided all around the course including medical first aid points. Tail runner at the back.

 Tea & Coffee, sandwiches, home baked goods and various goodies supplied by our sponsors, provided after the event.
