Our couch to 5k programme is a great way to get fit, meet new people in your area and be part of our club.
New members of from age 18 upwards are welcome!
Our Couch to 5K program begins in January at the Clane AC track behind Scoil Mhuire secondary school in Clane at 8pm
It runs for approx. 45 mins to 1 hour.
The plan requires three training sessions a week, two you will do with Clane AC coaches and one you complete yourself.
The program runs for 7 weeks, Monday & Wednesday 8pm at the track.
(Note: the session will also go ahead as normal on Bank Holiday Monday 3rd February)
5K graduation run will take place at Royal Canal Kilcock parkrun on 1st March.
Price: €50 for 7 weeks 2025 (This is a short term temporary club membership and will expire on 1st March)
To register your name to take part please email Sylvia at [email protected]
and she will provide you with a registration form.
Many thanks to our volunteer Adult Running Club members & C25K coordinator Sylvia Waters for facilitating this programme.
