2020 juvenile training resumes on 14th January.
(Ages 6 years on 1st January 2019 (i.e born in 2012) - 17 years old)
Under 8s to Under 12s 6:00pm-7:00pm
Unders 13s and upwards 7:00pm - 8:00pm

Couch to 5km groups
Leader led, 7 week programme.
Mon & Wed evenings- 8:00pm
Meet at the Clane Athletic Club track in Scoil Mhuire, Clane.
Commencing on 6th January 2020 for 7 weeks.
(Minimum of 15 participants required for it to go ahead)
*Adult Members can join in with as many sessions as they like to suit their life & work commitments,
- however, for programmes such as the Couch to 5km, if a member cannot make the session, it is expected that the member keeps up with the plan in their own time.*
Evening Meet'n'Run groups
For 5km+ level upwards - No pressure i.e go at your own pace, and choose your own distance
(Max distance in the dark winter evenings - 9km approx.)
Every Tuesday & Thursday evening
Strength & conditioning and Interval Training available to members on Thursday evenings with Christy Maloney.
This type of training is also available on Tuesday evenings on request via social messaging
- depending on the availability of our coaches.
Dark Winter months: Meet at Clane Athletic Club running track in Scoil Mhuire, Clane.

Weekend Long Run - Meet'n'Run group
For preparation for half marathon/full marathon etc
Early on Saturday mornings
Meet up time & location arranged evening before via social media messaging.
